This was the mantra that has taken the Club website from moribund and lacklustre to a dynamic online community with a future. James Boyd, editor of The Daily Sail, was at the Club to cut the red ribbon and deliver a talk on Sailing and the Web.

New Member? Training Member? Want a Club Buddy?

At the clubThe club can be intimidating...

Like any club, the Little Ship Club can seem a bit intimidating at first. It can be difficult to come along on a Tuesday evening if you do not know anyone. If you've been attending RYA training classes on a Monday or Wednesday night for a year or two it can be difficult to make the transition to Tuesday Club nights where it can look like a room full of strangers.

HRH The Princess Royal visited the Little Ship Club stand N072R at the Tullett Prebon London Boat Show in the capital's Excel exhibition centre.

She met Club President Sir Robin Knox-Johnston as well as Rear Commodore Kate Newman, stand manager Terry Knee and other club members who were supporting the stand and discussed Sir Robin's most recent circumnavigation.
