Dessert: Apple & Elderflower Crumble and Custard followed by Coffee.

20.30 - 00.00 Sit Down Dinner on View Deck Two accompanied by Dave Colton & Georgia Mancio (resident duo at Aquarium St Katherine’s Dock London) playing Latin & Jazz Standards. Dress code black tie and posh frocks.
Starter: Home Cured Salmon with Sweet Citrus Asparagus & Dill Salsa. A Selection of Breads which include Olive & Herb, Granary Cob, Sundried Tomato, White Bloomer and Cheese & Onion
Main: Breast of Guinea Fowl with lardons of Bacon & Roast Shallots served on a Portabello Mushroom with a light jus accompanied by Dauphinoise Potatoes, Buttered Broccoli & Red Cabbage
Dessert: Kentish Apple Mousse with an Almond Sponge Base, Italian Meringue & finished with Honey Toasted Apple followed by decaffeinated Coffee & Tea served with a selection of chocolates and mints
