For the third Fast Cruise we will be going to Cowes

Christmas Dinner will be held at The Island Sailing Club.

Black tie preferred to celebrate the Christmas season

 

When booking please ensure you give your boat and crew names and menu choices as appropriate.

Berths will be booked in Cowes Yacht Haven for boats if requested when booking. Mooring fees to be settled directly with the marina.

The fee is £45

STARTERS

  • Beetroot Cured Smoked Salmon, Avocado Puree, Roasted Beets & a Raspberry Dressing
  • French Onion Soup, Toasted Thyme Croutes & Gruyere Cheese
  • Crispy Halloumi with Chorizo Jam, Rocket & Chorizo Oil
  • Braised Beef Shin with Sticky Guinness Onions

MAINS

  • Roast Turkey Breast, Smoked Bacon, Chestnut stuffing, all the Trimmings
  • Duo of Braised Beef & Mini Cottage Pie, Roasted Vegetables & a Thyme Jus
  • Mushroom & Garlic Nut Roast, Carrot Puree, Roasted Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables
  • Sea Bass Fillet, Lemongrass & Ginger Broth, Egg Noodles & Panko Prawns

  • Spiced Pear Crumble with Vanilla Custard
