The RNLI College is the home of training for the charity's lifesavers. Overlooking Poole Harbour, the college welcomes lifeboat crew members and lifeguards from around the UK and Ireland for training courses and to make use of their training facilities.

The RNLI conduct 90-minute tours around the College to allow people to get a taste of what the RNLI do and the training they, and other lifeguards around the UK and Ireland, undertake. The tour provides you with the opportunity to explore the RNLI College and learn about their world-class facilities such as the lifeboat bridge simulator, wave tank and sea survival pool.

A private tour has been provisionally booked on Saturday 25 January 2020 at 11am for Little Ship Club members who are eager to discover what goes on behind the scenes of the RNLI's training programmes. At least 15 people are required to book for the Club to be eligible for a private tour.
