The Fitting Out Dinner marks the beginning of the sailing season. 

We are pleased to welcome Peter Whatley who will speak after dinner.  His subject will be his experience of having a new boat built in Poland (in aluminium) shipping it back to UK for fitting out on the Hamble.  After this impressive task Peter went on to complete 20,000 miles of serious cruising!

He will also explain how lithium battery technology transformed life on board.

Main course: Smoked Haddock Kedgeree, Soft Boiled Eggs, White, White Wine Sauce

Vegetarian option: Wild Mushroom Risotto, Parmesan Crisps, Parsley & Chive Oil
